Unfortunately I do not allow my clients to have RAW or unedited photos. Simply put I’m known for a look and style with my photography and strive to ensure that my images don't look differently or altered when I hand them over to my clients. If you are a commercial client working with advertising, VFX plates, or anything else requiring RAW files, this topic can be discussed as needed.

The turn around time for all the photos taken within your session will typically be between 3-5 weeks. On my slower weeks I will have the photos finished sooner.

Subtle colors like white, tan, and denim almost always flatter everyone's skin tone and it's why I recommend those color tones. I do ask that you attempt to stay away from reds, oranges as these can blend in with skin tone on camera.

I use my website to deliver photos through my client portal. This is a free way of accessing your images without using a 3rd party website. If a smaller batch of images are being delivered I can email them to you. I do keep all of the photos that are edited secure on my server. So if you loose access to your images, you can contact me to recover them.

I strive to ensure that your photography session happens almost anywhere you can think of! Travel fees may apply for sessions located more than 60 minutes away from Volcano Village near Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. (I am based in Volcano Hawaii)

I offer free consultations up to an hour long. If longer consultations are needed a small fee may apply.

After consultations, we like to meet again about a month or so before your wedding day to go over all of your plans in detail. We can also do this via Zoom.

FAMILY PHOTOS: You can expect 30-40+ edited high-resolution photos. ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS: You can expect 30-40+ edited high-resolution photos. WEDDING PHOTOS: You can expect 500+ edited high-resolution photos. because of this style of photoshoot, we cannot guarantee a specific number of photos

Hawaii is beautiful.... but it can be rainy. I do allow rescheduling if rainy weather is forecasted within 3 days of your photoshoot. I do not charge any fee to reschedule Family or Engagement photoshoots. I am unable to reschedule for Weddings and other events that require more planning and logistics.

This is something that I usually don't offer except for commercial clients. Being based in Hawaii, the overwhelming amount of requests I have are based on location photography. If this is something you wish to pursue, I have to rent in equipment to facilitate shooting against a backdrop. I'll charge you the same amount for the shoot, plus the cost to rent the additional equipment.

Yes! We can provide our insurance information as needed. Some venues will request this. We are happy to provide this information to your location.

As a business, we are focused on photography, from time to time we can provide photo prints. We do not currently offer printed albums. We are more than happy to recommend one or two websites that we can standby in quality and reputation that will best fulfill your needs.

Although we can shoot during the middle of the day, it does require more lighting equipment as sunlight during the day is not flattering for portraiture, and the photoshoot may result with fewer completed photos. During commercial photo shoots, we bring in more equipment to shoot at any time of day, but with far fewer photos (set ups) being achieved during that time. The two photos below are examples of shooting in the middle of the day and a sample of one light being used.
